In an effort to eliminate barriers and make mental health therapy more accessible, New Waves is a same-day, reduced-rate, mental health therapy clinic offered by New Tide Counselling & Consulting.

This service began June 3rd, 2024, and runs every second Monday. Check our socials to see when our next Clinic Day is posted.

• Clients are booked on a first call, first serve basis, and can be seen by a therapist on the same day for a reduced rate of $75.

• In-person and virtual options available.

• Phone lines open from 9am-12pm.
